Getaways by PCB Retreats was founded by Misty and Michael Frawley, longtime real estate investors and property managers with over 25 years of experience each across property management, real estate, renovations, and investment strategy.
Their journey began with fix-and-flips, long-term rentals, and hands-on ownership. After hiring—and firing—multiple management companies, they couldn’t find the care, transparency, and consistency they expected. Managing their own vacation rental from Alaska, they more than tripled its income in one year.
After relocating to the World’s Most Beautiful Beaches to expand their portfolio, they built what they couldn’t find: a management company focused on clear communication, consistent representation, proactive maintenance, and treating every home like their own.
